I am sure you have things that are collecting dust, rusting, or just plain useless. We all complain about customer service even here in the United States. We are not satisfied with many of the products we spent our hard earned money.
Customer service includes installation, training, operation and maintenance. If anyone of those items are missing or not done satisfactorily, you are upset.
Beyond my own stuff, I am upset, more. In the Congo, I see many things that are not working now because either the installation, training, operation or maintenance was not done good. Most of these items are needed to serve a good cause.
Pictured is a solar autoclave system at the Bulape System. It has not worked for at least 4 years. Actually, the solar array still dutifully follows the sun daily. But bad water pumps and gaskets make the system inoperable.
It is on my list of things I need to repair. I am sure the company, manufacturer, or installer does not make service calls to Congo.
