Dutch Development Aid does not reach the poorest.
Which Congo has received debt relief, Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC, Congo-Kinshasa) or Republic of Congo (RoC, Congo-Brazzaville)? I think it must be RoC.
Interesting point that government aid is used to paid debts instead of helping the poor. Bono always talked about it but I did not connect the dots. We must get these countries from under the burdening debts.
