The Words are Not Worth the Ink on the Paper

I am tired of hollow statements!  Is it gamemanship or what?  I guess the UNICEF have to go "on the record".

With 17,000 soldiers in the Congo, it appears to me that UN could make a better statement and backup their talk with actions.  One office is making statements about the atrocities while the other office (with the guns) observe the atrocities and does nothing.

It makes me want to throw up both me hands and holler!

The United Nations Children's Fund is calling for a halt to the forced recruitment of child soldiers in the Democratic Republic of Congo. It says all warring parties in North Kivu Province forcibly recruit children into their armies.
