We all like an unexpected surprise happening. It may be getting off a few minutes early or having to start an hour later.
For students, the same is true. It may be a weather delay or early release. Also, a substitute teacher is a welcome change.
In rural Congo, most times those unexpected surprises means no class today. The rural education systems are fragile. They break instead of bend.
