Breaking the glass ceiling is symbolic! It is doing those things that you never thought was possible.
Unfortunately in Congo, the glass ceiling is being shattered in many ways. But most of us would not think of some these acts as being impossible.
Driving a motorized vehicle is nothing to most of us but for a woman or a nun in Congo, it's a big deal. Women drivers are few.
Also, a three wheel motorized vehicle is nothing, too. But again, it's a deal in rural Congo where most people are only used to seeing bicycles on a regular basis.
