What's the Difference Between 1,100 and 11?

 
A prenatal counseling seminar is a life-saver.   Pregnant women get an examination.  And they get training to keep them and their baby alive.  Probably, they all will live because of the seminar.

In Congo, about 1,100 mothers will die out of 100,000 live child births.  Only 11 mothers died in the US.  That's a big difference.
