An Income Stream or Not

It's evaluation time.  Five years ago, a special variety of palm trees were ready for planting by the Bulape Hospital.  The palm trees should be bearing palm nuts.  And generating palm oil, if not, a generous income for hospital.

Bulape Hospital is a bush hospital.  It serves poor rural residents in central Congo.  The hospital is only functional with outside financial support.  Therefore, other income streams are welcomed.

Now, it is time to ask the questions.
