Congo is a lots different from the US and the rest of the world in many ways. You can probably name ten items in a single breath. It's easier than blowing out candles on a birthday cake.
But Congo and the world have a common problem. They share a nursing shortage. Nurses play a very critical role in providing health care to the rural poor. It's hard to keep doctors at rural bush hospitals. So, the nurse is the sole medical provider in most rural Congo villages.
The Bulape Nursing School trains about 50 nurses a year for rural health clinics. That's not a easy.
