It's been more than 50 years since Congo's independence. Human capital is one of the biggest problem left over from colonial times. Congolese are not widely or highly educated. There are millions of people that need to be educated.
Congo can not compete in today's global economy. So education is not just the answer. If you educate the people, the lack of jobs will be a bigger source of frustration. There are millions of people that need to be employed.
Just-in-time vocational training is the answer. Don't educate without a offer of employment or a need for a skill.
