"Lights Out!" said the warden. In rural Congo, the warden is the sun. The warden makes the announcement at 7 p.m. At that time, the lights are out.
It's dark. Most activities comes to an end. Just like prisoners, some talk but most turn to go to sleep.
Finally at about 6 a.m., silence and darkness start yielding to movement, greetings, and the
light.
The prisoners are free to go about their daily business and activities.
